Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS – NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:16 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session with Mark Cook, Public Works Director, for 10 minutes <br />until 10:26 a.m. to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition <br />of real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:26 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Direction <br />was given to Staff to enter into negotiations with the Thorp Mill Board <br />members and the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. Richard Mack, Thorp <br />Mill Board of Directors, provided information on the recent negotiations <br />with the State Parks and historical information about the mill. <br /> <br />At 10:36 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session with Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim <br />Maintenance Director/Project Manager, for 10 minutes until 10:48 a.m. to <br />consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by
