<br />10/06/2022 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 10:17 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session with Patti Stacey, Solid Waste Director/Interim <br />Maintenance Director/Project Manager; and Greg Zempel, Prosecutor, for <br />10 minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of <br />real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding such <br />consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. Action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:27 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. The Board <br />directed Staff to work with the Auditor regarding space needs and the <br />financial impacts. <br /> <br />At 10:28 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Dan Carlson, CDS Director; <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; and Toni <br />Berkshire, Code Enforcement Officer; to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:43 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action <br />taken. <br /> <br />At 10:44 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 5 minutes with Dan Carlson, CDS Director; <br />Greg Zempel, Prosecutor; Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor; and Toni <br />Berkshire, Code Enforcement Officer; to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, <br />or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency litigation or <br />potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a <br />member acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a <br />party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to <br />result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency.
