10/04/2022 MINUTES 2 <br />RESOLUTION 2022-190 MARGO CORDNER – LUNCH BOX CAFÉ COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-190, <br />Amending the Cordner Commercial Lease, extending the Lease Agreement <br />through October 31, 2027, requiring the tenant to be financially <br />responsible for half of the costs of striping the property and <br />providing signage in the amount of $2,000.00. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING 6 YR TIP & ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At approximately 2:04 p.m. CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ opened a Public Hearing <br />to consider adopting the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program <br />for 2023-2028 and the Annual Construction Program for 2023. <br /> <br />JOSH FREDRICKSON, ENGINEER provided a Staff Report and said the <br />Public Works Department conducted two open house meetings, in <br />addition they posted the annual and six-year plan onto the Public <br />Works website along with a comment form. No changes to Staff’s <br />proposals were necessary based on the public comment received. <br /> <br />THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br />HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-191 6 YR TIP & ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-191, <br />Adopting the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan for the Years <br />2023-2028. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-192 ANNUAL CONSTRUCTION PLAN PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-192, <br />Adopting an Annual Construction Program for 2023. COMMISSIONER <br />WACHSMTIH seconded.
