GENSRAL ECIAINffiIONS 1. Where Exhibit "B" requires payments by the County, payrnent shall be bg*"d upon billings, supported unless otherwise provided in Exhibit "B", by documentation of units of work actualty performed and amounts eamed, ineluding where appropriate, the acfual number of days worked each month, total number of hours for the month, and he total dollar payment requested. Unless specifimlly stated in Exhibit "B" or approved in wrtting in advancc by the Kittitas County Board elf Commissionens, the Coung will not reimburse the Cqntractor for any costs or exp€nses incurred by the Contractor in performance of this Agreement.
