Ownership, Entrv and Maintenance of lnformation l. Each Contributing Party retains sole ownership of, exclusive control over, and sole responsibility over all the information it contributes through Statewide Search including Confidential lnformation, Personally ldentifiable lnformation and Criminal Justice lnformation, and may at any time update, correct or delete any information contained in PROSECUTORbyKarpel. Any changes made to lnformation in PROSECUTORbyKaTpeI by the Contributing Party will be reflected in the lnformation shared through Statewide Search. lnformation shared through Statewide Search cannot be altered by the Contributing Party independent of PROSECUTORbyKarpel. All entries into Statewide Search are clearly delineated to identify the jurisdiction or Contributing Party. 2. Each Contributing Party has the sole responsibility and accountability for ensuring the information it enters into PROSECUTORbyKaTpeI and subsequently shared through Statewide Search was not obtained in violation of any federal, state, local or tribal law applicable to the Contributing Party. 3.
