``��� `"",, KZTTITAS COYTNTY <br />t `> <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />gTl'ITAS COUNT l' <br />Formal Task Order Document <br />WATERSHED Science & Engineering <br />Task Order Number 8 <br />Amendment 6 <br />Maximum Amount Payable $55,000 Completion Date <br />12/31/2023 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017- <br />19HYD2 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County <br />Project Title: Whiskey and Mercer Creek LOMR Support <br />Amendment Summary: This sixth amendment to Task Order No. 8 changes the Scope of Work <br />and increases the budget. <br />Description of Work added to Scope of Work: The current Whiskey -Mercer LOMB hydraulic <br />model and mapping uses 2011 LiDAR topography. The DNR recently released 2019 LiDAR <br />covering the study area, and the County has requested that WSE update the Whiskey -Mercer <br />analysis to reflect the updated LiDAR. Results will be used to support floodplain mapping for <br />the Whiskey and Mercer Creek LOMR covering Kittitas County. Additionally, FEMA has <br />directed Kittitas County to extend the model downstream to the confluence of Mercer Creek with <br />Wilson Creek, which necessitates including the City of Ellensburg in the model. <br />Cost Estimate: $15,000 is added to the Maximum Amount Payable, increasing the current <br />maximum amount payable from $40,000 to $55,000. <br />Project Schedule: There is no change to the project schedule. <br />Agency Signature: <br />Consultant Signature: <br />Date: <br />Date: 9 /28/7,o?,'L <br />
