EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exeeed: Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) per month, a <br />total annual amount of Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars, payable monthly as provided for in <br />Section 5, above. <br />Not more often than once every twelve months starting on August 1, 2023, the Contractor <br />may seek an adjustment of the compensation to reflect any increase in the percentage of <br />animals coming from County sources, based on data exchanged with the County. <br />Professional Services Agree ment (rev . 09 124 I 20 1 8) <br />Page 14 of 17
