<br />buitding or structure, such must be of fireproof construction when over one story in heighi. Att
<br />bttiidings to which the pubtic is admitted nrust have a sufficient number of exits to perniit a safe
<br />evacuation of a{t persons therein. Att exit doors in buitdings of a permanent nature must be equipped
<br />with crash hardware. Alt canvas used in any tent or as a part of any structure must be so treated as to
<br />be fire resistant at the time the sarne is in use. Att highty irrftammabte or exptosive tiquids or materiats
<br />are to be kept in a wett ventilated location and adequate fire fighting equipment nrust be maintained
<br />in the immediate area.

<br />which is ctoser tlran 1,000 feet from any schoothouse, church or residence; provided, however, that
<br />this section shati not appty if the owner of each residence or the governing bocly of each schoothouse
<br />and/or church vrithin said 1,000 feet slralt waive its requirement in writing and the board of county
<br />commissioners specificatty approves such tocatjon in the permit process.

<br />Ally permit issued as provided in this chapter shatl be kept postecl in a conspicuous ptace ancl no such
<br />permit shalt be transferabte or assignabte without the consent of the board of county commissioners;

<br />An appt'ication for a permit to conduct such an event in the county oLrtside the timits of incorporated
<br />cities and tolns shatl be made in writing to the board of county commissioners, and shatt be
<br />accompanied by a deposit of the fee herein required. lt shatt be signed and verified upon oath. lf the
<br />apptication is tnade orr behalf of a co-partnerslrip the names of the copaftners irr futt, shatt be giverr
<br />with their residences and post office addresses for a period of six montlrs immecliately prior to the date
<br />of the apptication, together with the tocation of principat office or ptace of business oisuch
<br />corporation, The apptication shatt state the iocation to be occupied; and shatt atso state that the
<br />appticant or appticants witl abide by a[[ rutes and regulations of this chapter and the state law for the
<br />protection of hea[th, morals and safety of the persons employed therein, and for the patrons or
<br />participants thereof and for the pubtic.

<br />Any person who viotates or faits to comply with any provision of this chapter or yrho shalt counset, aid
<br />or abet such a viotation or faiture to compty shatt be deemed guitty of a misdemeanor and shatt be
<br />punished as provided in ilr,i:i.':l,r,i!.i:ii!: I (3). Viotation of this chapter shal.[ atso subject the holder of a
<br />conditionat use Permit to revocat'on of that permit under KCC 12.604.100.

<br />Comptiance wit'h tne terms and conditions of this chapter shatt constitute minimum heatth, sanitation
<br />and safety provisions and fai[ure to comply with the terms and conditio]ls shatI constitute a pubtic
<br />nuisance and slratt be subject to all crirninat, civil and equitabte remedies as such.
