4 <br />5 <br />Amendments. Any amendment to this agreement shall be in writing and shall be <br />only as specifically authorized by the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners and the Kittitas Board of Library Trustees as consented to by the <br />Kittitas City Council. <br />Duration of Agreement.
