EXHIBIT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $15,000 <br />Kittitas County BoCC staff shall assist in the following in-kind contributions to the project <br />scope:o Advisory meeting logistics including scheduling meeting rooms, setup, on-site <br />coordination and assistance. <br />o Assisting in scheduling meetings, locations, rooms and logistics for meetings with <br />county elected officials, department heads, and community leaders. <br />o Providing all contact information for Kittitas County Administrator Assessment <br />SpecialAdvisory Committee members, county elected officials, department heads, <br />and community leaders <br />Kittitas County shall pay the Contractor 50% of the proposed project cost upon approval <br />of this Professional Services Agreement and 50% upon final completion of project and <br />delivery of items 4 and 5 in the "Services Provided" section of Attachment "A" to this <br />Agreement. <br />Contractor may submit invoices to: <br />Julie Kjorsvik <br />205 West Sth Avenue, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />J u I ie.
