EXHIBIT "A'' SCOPE OF WORK ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following Project Goal WSAC shall provide the services herein described to develop a proposed structure for the county functions and operations overseen by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners (BoCC). Core to this proposal is the analysis and development of the role of a County Administrator. WSAC will work with a BoCC appointed advisory committee and submit its findings and recommendations by April 30,2023. ln working with this Advisory Committee, WSAC shall include the following elements within the final report to the BoCC: Recommendation on an administrative structure for the county functions and operations overseen by the Kittitas Coung Board of Commissioners (BoCC). Recommendation on the role and authorities of a County Administrator type position to provide supervision for the county functions ad operations overseen by the BoCC. Proposed organizational chart for the for the county functions ad operations overseen by the BoCC. Proposed strategic financial management and budget planning structure with oversight of process under county administrator; and Proposed position description for county administrator.
