Included Support & Service (Specification No. 8): <br />• Vendor will assemble, update, and QC every piece of equipment so that when the drone is <br />received, it is ready to fly. Firmware will be completely updated, any necessary accounts are <br />created, with installing software, linking radio remotes, or troubleshooting minor issues <br />completed and resolved. The system will be ready to go straight out of the box. <br />• FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Registration (Aircraft will be delivered pre -registered <br />with the FAA in compliance with FAA Part 107) <br />• DJI Enterprise Shield which covers two product replacements for damaged DJI drones within <br />the one-year coverage period will be included <br />• DJI Hardware Support & Service (vendor will facilitate all interactions with DJI Support) <br />• 100x - biodegradable Hi -Vis aerial Ground Control Points (GCPs) provided <br />• Personalized onboarding & prioritized support from vendor which includes videoconferencing, <br />phone & email support for one-year, as well as complimentary flight operations, and mission <br />planning support on an as -needed basis. <br />Vendor will provide online training video tutorials which will include: preparation for the FAA <br />107 pilot test; UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) operational safety; drone survey mission <br />planning. <br />Drone data processing services (Specification No. 9): <br />Vendor will provide the drone photogrammetry and aerial LiDAR data post -processing services <br />billed on a per -project basis with ASPRS (American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote <br />Sensing) certified mapping scientists, LiDAR & CAD (Computer Aided Design) technicians that <br />are US -based in-house staff. Vendor must have a minimum of 5 -years' experience in drone data <br />processing for photogrammetry, topography, and drafted deliverables, as well as have the ability <br />to provide custom aerial LiDAR deliverables. <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
