Number The American Tool Workers Co Large Lathe <br />WHEREAS: The Director of Public Works recommends that Kittitas County dispose of said equipment <br />in accordance with RCW 36.34.080; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby declare the above-named <br />equipment surplus not to the county's needs, and authorizes the Director of Public Works to <br />dispose of said equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />
