<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 18 of 21 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $15,000 <br /> <br />Kittitas County BoCC staff shall assist in the following in-kind contributions to the project <br />scope: <br /> Advisory meeting logistics including scheduling meeting rooms, setup, on-site <br />coordination and assistance. <br /> Assisting in scheduling meetings, locations, rooms and logistics for meetings with <br />county elected officials, department heads, and community leaders. <br /> Providing all contact information for Kittitas County Administrator Assessment <br />Special Advisory Committee members, county elected officials, department heads, <br />and community leaders <br /> <br />Kittitas County shall pay the Contractor 50% of the proposed project cost upon approval <br />of this Professional Services Agreement and 50% upon final completion of project and <br />delivery of items 4 and 5 in the “Services Provided” section of Attachment “A” to this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Contractor may submit invoices to: <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik <br />205 West 5th Avenue, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Julie.Kjorsvik@co.kittitas.wa.us <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
