Conducting one on one interviews and gathering information from county <br />elected officials, department heads, community leaders, and Kittitas County <br />Administrator Assessment Special Advisory Committee <br />b. Summarizing findings and information <br /> <br />2) Meeting Facilitation <br />a. Preparation and development of meeting agenda, content, coordination of <br />presenters, and meeting materials for each meeting of the Kittitas County <br />Administrator Assessment Special Advisory Committee <br />b. In-person facilitation of each meeting <br />c. Virtual facilitation, if necessary <br />d. Compilation of individual meeting results and findings for next meeting <br /> <br />3) Preparing Alternative Governance Structure Option for Consideration <br />a. In consultation with Kittitas County Administrator Assessment Special <br />Advisory Committee prepare: <br />i. Recommendation on proposed structure for the county functions <br />and operations overseen by the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners (BoCC). <br />ii. Recommendation on the role and authorities of a County <br />Administrator type position to provide supervision for the county <br />functions ad operations overseen by the BoCC. <br />iii. Proposed organizational chart for the for the county functions and <br />operations overseen by the BoCC. <br />iv. Proposed strategic financial management and budget planning <br />structure with oversight of process under county administrator; and <br />v. Proposed position description for County Manager/Administrator. <br /> <br />4) Prepare Final Report and Recommendations to Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />
