Authorized persons shall have the <br />tight to examine Contractor's performance and financial records and <br />p!*orr other activities to determine Contractor's compliance with the <br />terms of this Agreement. <br />11.3 Notice of lnsoe S.The Contactor shall verbally notify the County <br />immediately of anY insP ections, audits, accreditation, or program revlews <br />of services by any individual, agency,or governmental unit, and to <br />promptly provide the County with cop ies of any written rePorts of such <br />inspections, audits, accreditation or p rogram revlews <br />12. Modifications: <br />12.1 Either party may request changes in the Agreement' Any and all agreed <br />modificatiohs shall be in writing, signed by each of the parties' <br />12.2 The County may, at any time, by written notice thereof to Contractor ("Change <br />Notice,') makei changes in the Work within the general scope of this <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 6
