County On-Site Evaluation and Review: The County shall eva.luate and review <br />services delivered to reasonably assure compliance and quality. The agreement covers <br />DRW,s access to individuals with developmdntal disabilities, clients' programs and <br />. <br />records, outreactr ""tiuiii"i, authority to ihvestigate allegations of abuse and neglect, <br />other miscellaneous matters, and isblnding for-all providers of DDA contracted <br />seryices. <br />g. CMIS Data System. The Contractor shatl use the CMIS data system for all billing <br />requests, service provider address and phone number maintenance, evaluation <br />dates and to prouid" employment outcome information. Assure integrity of data submitted to state.
