vilt <br />H. Compliance with Law: The COUNTY will comply with all state and federal laws applicable to <br />counties. <br />THE MILITARY DEPARTMENT AGREES TO: <br />A. Within thirty (30) days of receipt and approval of signed, dated invoice vouchers (state form A-19), <br />and upon satisfactory completion of tasks and documentation of costs as required under this <br />Contract, the DEPARTMENT will reimburse the COUNTY up to the maximum of $297,783, or actual <br />cost, whichever is lower, pursuant to the schedule set out in the SECO Contract Reimbursement <br />Schedule (Attachment D) and as authorized by this Contract and WAC 118-66. <br />B. lf a question arises about the requested reimbursement, the COUNTY will be notified via e-mail <br />and/or telephone call and will have five (5) working days to provide the requested information. lf <br />information satisfactory to the DEPARTMENT has not been provided within that time, the expense in <br />question will be subtracted and the balance of approved eligible incurred expenses will be processed <br />for reimbursement. <br />C.
