Industrial Way, Ellensburg, WA. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING FEE SCHEDULE SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing for Tuesday August 16, 2022, at 2:00 <br />p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County <br />Courthouse, 205 West 5th Avenue, Ellensburg, WA to consider adopting the <br />new fee schedule for the Kittitas County Solid Waste Department. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT CITY OF ELLENSBURG SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Approve a Latecomer Agreement between Kittitas County Solid Waste and <br />the City of Ellensburg, for Reimbursement under Water and Sewer <br />Facilities Act (Chapter RCW 35.91) for Sewer and Water Facilities. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-158 INTERLOCAL KVFR SHERIFF <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2022-158, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between Kittitas County Fire Protection District No. 2 (AKA Kittitas <br />Valley Fire and Rescue or KVFR) and Kittitas County.
