Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING BOONDOGGLE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />At 2:13 p.m. VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider a proposed Vacation of a portion of Boondoggle Road. <br /> <br />JOSH FREDRICK, ENGINEER, reviewed a request to vacate a portion of <br />Boondoggle Road Right-of-Way within the Teanaway Wagon Wheel Plat. <br />He explained how he and the County Surveyor conducted research <br />pursuant to the request and they find no reason to deny the request. <br />He said once it’s been vacated, the land will become attached to the <br />adjoining properties and added to the taxable land mass of Kittitas <br />County. He recommended approval of the proposed Vacation <br /> <br />THERE WAS NO ONE IN ATTENDANCE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC <br />PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-144 BOONDOGGLE ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-144, <br />Vacating a Portion of Boondoggle Road Right-of-Way located in <br />Teanaway Wagon Wheel. VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT seconded.
