Warranty Information <br />LIMITED LIABILITY: <br />NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC warrants its products in their original condition to the <br />original purchaser only, for normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase, <br />against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes and disclaims all product <br />defects arising from ordinary wear and tear, failure to properly maintain and repair, and abuse. <br />There are no other warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty of <br />merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage. <br />Any alteration or modification of any NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC product by any <br />person is an authorized misuse of the product, resulting in the limited warranty being void and <br />thereby releasing NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC from any and all liability for injury or <br />damages resulting from any use of the product. <br />LIMITED REMEDY: <br />NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC liability for any product defect or claim for injury or <br />damages is limited to repair or replacement, or payment of the reasonable cost of repair or <br />replacement, at NOBLE'S sole discretion F.O.B. Milton-Freewater, Oregon. The manufacturer <br />has the exclusive right to select the remedy. The manufacturer excludes and disclaims liability <br />for consequential damages, incidental damages, tort damages, strict liability damages, specific <br />performance, and other damages and remedies. NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC shall not <br />be liable in any event for consequential or other special damages under any theory of strict <br />liability or negligence, except as expressly required by law. <br />NO MODIFICATIONS: <br />This printed Limited Warranty is a complete statement of NOBLE PANELS AND GATES, INC <br />warranty.
