Alder St. <br />Union Gap, WA 98903 <br />DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed - Water Right <br />GRANTOR Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Washington <br />GRANTEE Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust <br />Water Rights Program <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: lnstream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia <br />Rivers <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED - WATER RIGHT <br />GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNry ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby <br />conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, <br />STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title <br />and interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4-84434-J, described as <br />follows: <br />1.15 cubic feet per second,310.45 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />primary reach beginning at a point 1,300 feet north and 640 feet west of <br />the South quarter corner of Section 12, being within the SE%S\N% of <br />Section 12, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and 1.15 cubic feet per second, <br />264.21acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning at the <br />confluence of Cherry and wilson Creek and continuing down wilson <br />Creek to confluence with Yakima River, and extending down the Yakima <br />River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4-002064sb10 <br />84434 (KITT-16-09) and was historically appurtenant to real property <br />situated in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington. <br />REMAINDER OF THIS PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK.
