Alder St. <br />Union Gap, WA 98903 <br />DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed - Water Right <br />GRANTOR:Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Washington <br />GRANTEE Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust <br />Water Rights Program <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION lnstream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia <br />Rivers <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED - WATER RIGHT <br />GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNry ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby <br />conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, <br />STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title <br />and interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4-85098-J, described as <br />follows: <br />0.592 cubic feet per second, 197.480 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />primary reach beginning on Coleman Creek at a point 1,300 feet north and <br />640 feet west from the south quarter corner of Section 12, being within the <br />SE%SW% of Section 12, f . 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M. and ending at the <br />confluence of Cherry and Wilson Creek in the southeast quarter of Section <br />30, T. 17 N., R. 19 E.W.M, and 0.592 cubicfeetpersecond, 172.611 acre- <br />feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning at the confluence <br />of Cherry and Wilson Creek and continuing down Wilson Creek to the <br />confluence with Yakima River, and extending down the Yakima River to <br />the confluence with the Columbia River.
