Alder St. <br />Union Gap, WA 98903 <br />DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed - Water Right <br />GRANTOR Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Washington <br />GRANTEE Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust <br />Water Rights Program <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: lnstream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia <br />Rivers <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED - WATER RIGHT <br />GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNry ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby <br />conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, <br />STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title <br />and interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4-84433-J, described as <br />follows: <br />0.33 cubic feet per second, 107.98 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />primary reach beginning at a point 900 feet south and 450 feet east from <br />the center of section 12, being within the sw%Nw%sE% of section 12, <br />T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and .33 cubic feet per second, 94.01 acre-feet per <br />year, instream in a secondary reach beginning at the confluence of Cherry <br />and Wilson Creek, and continuing down Wilson Creek to confluence with <br />Yakima River, and extending down the Yakima River to the confluence <br />with the Columbia River.
