<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 17 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed: Four Thousand Dollars ($4000.00) per month, a <br />total annual amount of Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars, payable monthly as provided for in <br />Section 5, above. <br /> <br />Not more often than once every twelve months starting on August 1, 2023, the Contractor <br />may seek an adjustment of the compensation to reflect any increase in the percentage of <br />animals coming from County sources, based on data exchanged with the County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
