"EXHIBIT B" <br />2.07 cubic feet per second, from April 1 through October 15, 698.94 acre-feet per <br />year, instream in a primary reach beginning at a point on the Yakima River <br />approximately 300 feet north and 1,200 feet east from the southwest corner of <br />Section 11, being within the SW%SW'/< of Section 11, T. 17 N., R. 18 E.W.M. and <br />continuing downstream to the confluence of the Yakima River and Spring Creek at <br />River Mile 148.5, and 0.44 cubic feet per second, 147.75 acre-feet per year, <br />instream in a secondary reach beginning at River Mile 148.5 on the Yakima River <br />at a point approximately 3,000 feet south and 300 feet west of the northeast <br />corner of Section 25, T. 17 N., R. 18 E.W.M. and continuing downstream of the <br />Yakima River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4-02134sb9@1 (KITT- <br />17-06) and was historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of <br />Kittitas, State of Washington. <br />
