"EXHIBIT B" <br />1.39 cubic feet per second, from April 1 through October 15, 307.88 acre-feet per <br />year, instream in a primary reach beginning at a point approximately 400 feet <br />south and 1,000 feet west from the center of Section 24, being within the <br />NW'/<NE%SW% of Section 24, T. 17 N., R. 18 E.W.M. and continuing down Spring <br />Creek down to the confluence of the Yakima River and Spring Creek at River Mile <br />148.5, and 0.29 cubic feet per second, 64.09 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />secondary reach beginning at River Mile 148.5 on the Yakima River at a point <br />approximately 3,000 feet south and 300 feet west of the northeast corner of <br />Section 25, T. 17 N., R. 18 E.W.M. and continuing downstream of the Yakima River <br />to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and mitigation right <br />was established in Change Authorization CS4-02133sb9 (KITT-17-05) and was <br />historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of Kittitas, State of <br />Washington. <br />
