Alder St. Union Gap, WA 98903 DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed — Water Right GRANTOR: Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington GRANTEE: Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust Water Rights Program LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Instream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia Rivers QUIT CLAIM DEED — WATER RIGHT GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNTY ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4 -84524-J, described as follows: 0.40 cubic feet per second, 136.5 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary reach beginning on Coleman Creek at a point 1,660 feet north and 267 feet east from the south quarter corner of Section 12, being within the NWY4SE'Y4 of Section 12, T. 18 N., R. 219 E.W.M. and ending at a point approximately 1,130 feet west and 740 feet south of the northeast corner of Section 14, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and 0.40 cubic feet per second, 116.55 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning on Coleman Creek at a point approximately 1,130 feet west and 740 feet south of the northeast corner of Section 14, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and continuing down Coleman Creek to the confluence with Yakima River, and extending down the Yakima River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4-02064sb10 84524 (KITT-16-10) and was historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington.
