Alder St. <br />Union Gap, WA 98903 <br />DOCUMENT TITLE: Quit Claim Deed — Water Right <br />GRANTOR: Kittitas County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Washington <br />GRANTEE: Washington State Department of Ecology, State Trust <br />Water Rights Program <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Instream Flow and Mitigation in the Yakima and Columbia <br />Rivers <br />QUIT CLAIM DEED —WATER RIGHT <br />GRANTOR, KITTITAS COUNTY ("Grantor"), for valuable consideration, hereby <br />conveys and quit claims to the WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY, <br />STATE TRUST WATER RIGHTS PROGRAM ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title and <br />interest in and to the water right under Certificate No. S4 -84228-J, described as follows: <br />2.07 cubic feet per second, from April 1 through October 15, 698.94 acre- <br />feet per year, instream in a primary reach beginning at a point on the Yakima <br />River approximately 300 feet north and 1,200 feet east from the southwest <br />corner of Section 11, being within the SW'/4SW'/4 of Section 11, T. 17 N., R. <br />18 E.W.M. and continuing downstream to the confluence of the Yakima <br />River and Spring Creek at River Mile 148.5, and 0.44 cubic feet per second, <br />147.75 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning at River <br />Mile 148.5 on the Yakima River at a point approximately 3,000 feet south <br />and 300 feet west of the northeast corner of Section 25, T. 17 N., R. 18 <br />E.W.M. and continuing downstream of the Yakima River to the confluence <br />with the Columbia River.
