EXHIBIT "A" <br />1.08 cubic feet per second, 249.42 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary reach <br />beginning at a point 600 feet south and 200 feet east from the north quarter <br />corner of Section 18, being within the NW%NE%NEX of Section 19, T. 18 N., R. 20 <br />E.W.M., and 0.70 cubic feet per second, 110.06 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />secondary reach beginning within a side channel locally known as Trail Creek from <br />where it crosses the Kittitas Reclamation District (KRD) canal at a point <br />approximately 2,250 feet west and 1,000 feet north of the southeast corner of <br />Section 18, T. 18 N., R. 20 E.W.M., and continuing down Trail Creek to its <br />confluence with Cooke Creek, down Cooke Creek until Cooke Creek is intercepted <br />by Cherry Creek, down Cherry Creek until Cherry Creek is intercepted by Wilson <br />Creek, down Wilson Creek to its confluence with Yakima River, in the Yakima River <br />from the confluence with Wilson Creek to the Parker Dam. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4- 01141sb10 and was <br />historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of Kittitas, State of <br />Washington. <br />
