"EXHIBIT B" <br />0.33 cubic feet per second, 107.98 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary reach <br />beginning at a point 900 feet south and 450 feet east from the center of Section <br />12, being within the SW'/<NWY4SEY4 of Section 12, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and .33 <br />cubic feet per second, 94.01 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach <br />beginning at the confluence of Cherry and Wilson Creek, and continuing down <br />Wilson Creek to confluence with Yakima River, and extending down the Yakima <br />River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4- 002064sb10 84433 <br />(KITT-16-08) and was historically appurtenant to real property situated in the <br />County of Kittitas, State of Washington. <br />
