EXHIBIT "A" <br />0.592 cubic feet per second, 197.480 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary <br />reach beginning on Coleman Creek at a point 1,300 feet north and 640 feet west <br />from the south quarter corner of Section 12, being within the SE%SW'/< of Section <br />12, T. 18 N., R. 19 E.W.M. and ending at the confluence of Cherry and Wilson <br />Creek in the southeast quarter of Section 30, T. 17 N., R. 19 E.W.M, and 0.592 <br />cubic feet per second, 172.611 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach <br />beginning at the confluence of Cherry and Wilson Creek and continuing down <br />Wilson Creek to the confluence with Yakima River, and extending down the <br />Yakima River to the confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and <br />mitigation right was established in Change Authorization CS4-01049sb10 85098 <br />(KITT-16-11) and was historically appurtenant to real property situated in the <br />County of Kittitas, State of Washington. <br />
