Exhibit "A" <br />0.88 cubic feet per second, 181.41 acre-feet per year, instream in a primary reach <br />beginning at a point 100 feet south and 550 feet west of the west quarter corner <br />of Section 30, being within the NW%SW'/< of Section 30, T. 17 N., R. 19 E.W.M., <br />and continuing down Spring Creek to its confluence with the Yakima River, then <br />down the Yakima River approximately 1000 feet and 0.61 cubic feet per second, <br />126.9 acre-feet per year, instream in a secondary reach beginning at <br />approximately River Mile 148 and 1,300 feet east of the SW corner of Section 30, <br />T. 17 N., R. 19 E.W.M., and continuing downstream in the Yakima River to its <br />confluence with the Columbia River. This instream flow and mitigation right was <br />established in Change Authorization CS4-00535sb9 and was historically <br />appurtenant to real property situated in the County of Kittitas, State of <br />Washington. <br />
