BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COUNTY OF HITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - <br />ADOPTING OF HITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS MONTHLY EQUIPMENT <br />RENTAL RATES PURSUANT TO REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON 36.33A.040 <br />FOR 2023 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Public Works is required to maintain an Equipment Rental and <br />Replacement Fund (Fund 50 1) pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) <br />36.33A.10; and <br />WHEREAS: The basis of Equipment Rental was set to monthly rates per Resolution 2018-086; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Equipment Rental Rates shall be subject to annual review by the Legislative body <br />pursuant to RCW 36.33A.40; and <br />WHEREAS: Monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2023 are hereto attached to this Resolution <br />as Exhibit "A'; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby adopt the monthly Equipment Rental Rates for <br />2023 within Kittitas County Fund 501. <br />DATED on this 2n1 day of August 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Cory Wright, Vice -Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner <br />
