EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following: <br />•Participate in and coordinate with the Kittitas County Emergency Management <br />Council (KCEMC)in-person or virtually.Provide follow up services to requests from <br />KCEMC to increase preparedness and response readiness for people with access <br />and functional needs. <br />•Coordinate with partners including emergency management,red cross,and public <br />health to increase emergency messaging access for people with access and <br />functional needs (PAFN). <br />•As the Disability Specialist,provide technical assistance to agencies or community <br />organizations to improve mitigation,preparedness,response,and recovery for <br />individuals within the PAFN community prior to an emergency and as requested. <br />•As the Disability Specialist,provide subject matter expertise to emergency partners <br />within KCEMC or as requested from any appropriate community agencies who <br />interact with people with access and functional needs. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13
