Wise Fee Schedule 2022 -2023 <br />Hourly Consulting Rates for training and technical assistance services are as follows: <br />Tier 1 -$125 per hour (Program Support) <br />Tier 2 -$140 per hour (Training,Technical Assistance and Production) <br />Tier 3 -$155 per hour (Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director) <br />Individual Technical Assistance (lTA)services in WA State -$140 per hour <br />*Person Centered Planning ITA services will be provided for up to 20 hours <br />Intemational projects are negotiated on a case-by-case basis in USD <br />*Hourly rates do not include travel expenses <br />Wise Online Academy (WOA 100):$600 for ACRE Certification <br />Customized Employment ACRE certification prepares students for sitting for the APSE CESP exam. <br />Individual courses are availableat $200 per course. <br />For more information:https://www.cowise.org/training/woa100/ <br />Wise Online Academy Employment Professional Certificate Program (WOA 200): <br />$2,500 registration fee.For more information:https://www.gowise org/training/woa200/ <br />Expenses: <br />Per State or Federal Travel regulations on reimbursable basis.Mileage billed at the current IRS rate. <br />Special Considerations: <br />The aboverates and registrationfees do not include cost of venues,interpreters,alternative formats <br />for documents or other accommodation costs,the cost of supplying food.refreshments or supplies <br />to participants in a training or technical assistance service/event.These expenses will be negotiated <br />and proposed in addition to training and technical assistance rates. <br />Third Party Brokering Services: <br />A 15%Brokering Fee will be charged on any third-party invoice brokered through Wise.For any contracts <br />brokered that exceed $35,000 in a fiscal year the Brokering Fee will then be reduced to 10%. <br />The Brokering Fee includes the developmentof the subcontract,contract compliance monitoring, <br />insurance,fiscal oversight,auditing services,fiscal reporting to the contractor and IRS.Third party <br />consultants may be brokered within the Wise rate range per hour unless otherwise approved by the <br />Executive Director,and/or the funder. <br />Revised 5.16.2022 <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 16
