PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />AMENDMENT 1 <br />This contract amendment extends and modifies the Agreement made by and <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") and WISE (hereinafter "Contractor") <br />executed on 0710112021 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. <br />Section 12 of that Agreement, allows for modifications that are written and are mutually <br />agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments: <br />The addition of lnvestment Projects within the statement of work to include the WA state job <br />foundation animated video project, Community Summit 2022, Organizational development <br />and training system project, language access tools and training, and equity and diversity <br />videos. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1
