EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />a. Services Provided. <br />Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative evaluation and treatment for youth determined <br />to be eligible by the Court pursuant to applicable standards will consist of a combination of <br />services identified in the SSODA assessment completed and submitted by Contractor to <br />Juvenile Court Services, Kittitas County Superior Court. <br />Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative evaluation and treatments are to be completed <br />in accordance with guidelines as set forth in the Juvenile Disposition Manual under the <br />authority of the Caseload Forecast Council; the State of Washington as mandated by RCW <br />13.40.160; the statutory authority of the Department of Health as implemented in the <br />provisions of the Washington Administrative Code; and any other controlling legal authority, <br />including requirements for any form of background check or investigation required for <br />unsupervised access to juveniles. As the provider of services to youth determined to be <br />eligible and designated by Juvenile Court Services, in Contractor's role as Certified Sexual <br />Offender Treatment Provider Contractor agrees to provide the SSODA evaluation and <br />subsequent treatment services for up to the 24 months as mandated in the SSODA <br />Disposition Order. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 13 of 18 <br />
