PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Page 3 of 20 <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide ongoing consultation services on BOCC strategic plan development, implementation <br />and refinement. <br />Contractor to provide the following: <br /> One monthly 1-hour meeting with BOCC after Management Team meeting to determine plan <br />component progress, identify additional needs and troubleshoot issues related to plan <br />implementation <br /> One quarterly 2-hour strategic plan review workshop to refine plan elements, assess individual <br />progress towards plan elements and, if necessary, amend strategic plan elements <br /> One monthly 1-hour meeting with Executive Committee to discuss and consider materials to present <br />to Management Team <br /> One monthly 1-hour meeting with Management Team to develop goals, core values, and policy <br />discussion <br /> Eight hours per month preparing materials, meeting with individual county employees, maintaining <br />location of meeting records, and occasional other work as needed <br /> Develop one day long workshop for the Management Team, facilitating the event, and following up on <br />action items <br /> <br />
