COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />HR STUDY SESSION <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />CDS Director Carlson advised the Board that he will be observing the terms of an interlocal agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Kittitas Valley Fire & Rescue for fire code services. <br />Commissioner Wright commented that clarification is needed around the time-keeping expectations of <br />exempt employees. HR Director Foreman stated that NOVAtime might have more time-keeping options <br />available than what the County currently has activated. She will research the issue. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith inquired about the recruitment process for the Communications Director <br />vacancy. Director Foreman stated that she is working with Commissioner Wright to schedule a meeting <br />with a local communications professional. Director Foreman will provide the Board with an update at the <br />next study session. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith requested an update on how the benefits committee is doing.
