PERSONAL SERVICES AGREEM ENT <br />ATTACHMENT "B'' <br />COMPENSATION <br />Forthe period of January I,2022 to March 3L,2022, Contractorwill be paid 54,500 per month. Forthe period <br />of April I,2022 to December 3L,2O22, Contractor will be paid $5,000 per month. <br />Contractor shall submit invoices to the County on a monthly basis on the first of each month after services are <br />provided. Contractor will also bill a monthly expense reimbursement amount of 5100 per month for routine <br />expenses such as local mileage and parking. Additional expenses will be payable upon submission of an invoice <br />detailing such expenses. Extraordinary expenses shall be incurred only with prior authorization of the County <br />and reimbursed as an additional cost to this agreement. <br />For the period of January L,2022 to March 31,2022, Contractor shall provide a combined single invoice on July <br />t,2022. <br />Page 4 of 18
