If the Local Government adopts a Body Worn Camera (BWC) use policy that mandates use of BWC for transport or <br />other activities covered under the IGA, the agency shall. upon request by USMS, provide USMS with the <br />audio/video footage and any metadata captured by the BWC pertaining to USMS prisoner incidents. The audi <br />footage and any metadata may be requested by the USMS Body Wom Camera Program and the USMS Office of <br />General Counsel' The agency agrees that no BWC footage depicting a USMS prisoner rvill be released without <br />advance written notification to the USMS. <br />r Restrictive Housing and Suicide Prevention <br />l. For the purposes of this agreement, o'vulnerable population" refers to prisonem who are rnore likely to be victimizecl <br />in confinement settings, including br.rt not lirnited to:juveniles; young adults (age l8-24 at time of admission through <br />conviction); prisoners with serious mental illness; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender. intersex, and gender <br />nonconforming prisoners; pregnant and postpartrnn prisoners; and prisoners with medical needs. <br />NO OTHER TNRMS OR CONDITIONS ARE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE
