Establish a formulary for the pharmaceuticals used to treat the most common conditions. <br />Provide the County with Contractor's standard Medical Policies and Procedures Manual. <br />Any needed changes to this manual will be incorporated at the start of this Agreement. <br />The Medical Policies and Procedures Manual will be reviewed periodically in cooperation <br />with the Jail Superintendent,and any needed changes incorporated into themanual. <br />Contractor will not provide acute &chronic psychiatric care including medication <br />management unless the psychiatric medication is used for a non-psychiatric medical <br />reason. <br />Professional Sentices Agreernent (Form rev.09/24/2018) <br />Page 18 of 21
