06/06/2022 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />At 9:52 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Director Cook requested permission to bring forward a PAF for a <br />promotion of one of his Equipment Operator’s being moved into an <br />Engineer Tech noting that with a promotion it’s a 5% increase per <br />policy.
