SCHEDULE 1 - Optional Services. <br />On-site Support/Training (optional) - $1,500.00 <br />Upon request. CoTEMR will provide additional on-site training and/or supporl. The cost for this <br />is $ I,500 per CorEl\lll representative per day, plus expenses. Training days are to be <br />consecutive. <br />Additional Integrations (optional) - $2,000 <br />Any additional integration such as labs or radiology will be an additional $2,000 per integration <br />Custom Progrnmming Requests <br />If your facility requires additional custom programning, the fee will be $l5Olhour (with a <br />minimum of I hour per instance). <br />Offender Manage System Integration Support <br />After the initial integration is established, if your tacility's Jail Management system changes <br />and/or CorEMR technical representative are required to edit/modi$ the upgraded/changed <br />integration. or re-install the CorElVlR software.
