CoTEMR -Costs and Contract .5/11/2022 <br />24/7 Tech Support - CoTEMR has a highly rated support staff whose main <br />concern is the success of the customer. CoTEMR uses an e-mail, telephone and <br />on-call system to provide the highest level of customer support. <br />CoTEMR Software License - The monthly service fee pays for a license to the <br />CoTEMR software. This software was built specifically for corrections and is <br />unmatched in the industry. <br />Future CoTEMR Product Enhancements - CoTEMR is always listening to our <br />customers and enhancing our product to better meet their needs. All upgrades, <br />product enhancements, and feature improvements are included in the monthly <br />service fee. Online training for existing products and upgrade products is also <br />included. <br />SAAS Hosted -L Yearly $250 security certificate. <br />2. $85/ month hosting fee. <br />CoTEMR has SAAS server's set-up for small facilities at Fiber Net in Orem, UT. <br />https ://www. fi ber.net/ <br />The monthly service and support fee is based on the number of active records per day. <br />($2 per inmate per month with a monthly minimum of $300).
