otherwise. Contractor will make all arrangements for the most effective use of time, <br />resources, and effort. Contractor will personally guide County staff and coalition <br />members through these visits in Washington, DC and assist with related logistics and all <br />the necessary follow-up. <br />Federal Appropriations Process <br />TFG will work with the County to identify and pursue the best available funding <br />opportunities through the annual federal appropriations process for the County's priority <br />projects. To this end, TFG will work with County elected officials and staff to identify <br />projects that match the priorities of the Congress and the Administration and prepare <br />them for submission in the congressional directed spending or community project <br />funding process. TFG will work with the County to secure the support of the County's <br />congressional delegation and the appropriate federal agencies for the County's projects <br />and will help prepare all materials and background information needed for submission of <br />the projects to Congress. TFG will also coordinate any meetings needed to gain support <br />of the County's projects by the congressional delegation and advance the County's <br />priorities in the appropriations process.
