EXHIBIT ''A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor will supply the following <br />RENTAL OF LIGHTS:12- MAC 101 MOVING HEAD,6-SHARPY MOVING <br />HEAD 12-MAC 101 WASH MOVING HEAD E- MAC 101 CLD MOVING <br />HEAD 2- LED CROWD BLINDERS. 2_ SPOTLIGHTS . 1- GMA FULL <br />CONSOLE. ALL CALBING AND DISTRO FOH THE SHOW. <br />RENTAL OF LIGHTS E TRUS$ FOR THE AFTER PARTY SHOW. THE <br />OPENER WILL BE PROVIDING THE PA FOR THE AFTEH PARTY. I WILL <br />BE PHOVIDING THIER FEE FOF THE PA OUT OF THIS COST. I WILL BE <br />PROVIDING THE LIGHTS AND LD FOR AFTER PARTY IN THIS COST AS <br />WELL. <br />RENTAL OF JBL FLOWN SPEAKER SYSTEM . INCLUDES $25O.OO <br />BUMP FOR FUEL COST. <br />The Contractor shall not deviate from this scope of work without a change order <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director. Additional services provided by the <br />Contractor including, but not limited to, costly repairs or connection services, are not <br />contemplated by this agreement and the County assumes no responsibility for such <br />work. <br />EXHIBIT ''8" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall provide full <br />compensation to the Contractor not to exceed the amount of $11,804.70 (includes sales <br />tax). <br />Unforeseen additional expenses shall require a written change order and must be <br />approved in writing by the Event Center Director before such work commences. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13
