(Ord. 2005-31, 2005) <br />16.08.186 Short Subdivision. <br />"Short subdivision" means the division or re-division of land outside any urban growth area into <br />four (4) or fewer lots, tracts, parcels, sites or divisions, for the purpose of sale, lease, or transfer <br />of ownership. Short subdivision means the division or re-division of land inside any urban <br />growth area into nine (9) or fewer lots, tracts, parcels, sites or divisions, for the purpose of sale, <br />lease, or transfer of ownership.
