No lot created through the provisions of this Title or adjusted through the boundary line <br />adjustment process shall contain more than one land use zone classification. (Ord. 2014-015, <br />2014;) <br />16.04.030 Administration. <br />The Director is vested with the duty of administering subdivision and platting regulations within <br />the unincorporated areas of the County, and may prepare and require the use of such forms as are <br />essential to their administration. For sale or lease of commercially or industrially zoned property through an <br />administratively approved binding site plan, which upon approval, allows improvements <br />and final development approval to be done administratively. <br />2. This process may be used to divide land by the owner of any legal lot for lease for <br />residential use by travel trailers, in accordance with local land use regulations, through an <br />administratively approved binding site plan. <br />3. This process may be used to divide land by the owner of any legal lot, which is to be <br />developed for residential condominiums pursuant to chapter 64.32 RCW. <br />4. This process may be used to divide land by the owner of any legal lot, which is to be <br />developed for special utilities or public facilities in accordance with local land use <br />regulations, through an administratively approved binding site plan.
